The fitness club "Q-fit" - the first studio of personal EMS training in Ukraine - opened on March 13 in the residential complex "Pokrovsky Posad".

EMS training is training using unique EMS simulators, which are based on the principle of electro-muscular stimulation.

APFEL GROUP company has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and automation of engineering systems.

All the technical requirements typical for training in a fitness club were met, namely, zoning of the premises by temperature regimes and optimal oxygen level.
